What started out as a “I’d love another coffee….but I won’t sleep tonight”

...Turned into let's try something a bit different.

Full decaf is always an option but for those of us caffeine heads we want a little more kick, without the caffeine high.

So we blended a few of our favourite beans tasting and tweaking until they had a cup that felt like a proper coffee, with body, sweetness and a lingering finish, but with only half the kick. It quickly became the roastery's unofficial afternoon brew.

Before long we were bagging it up for friends and family, who kept coming back asking for "that half-caff you make.

100% Organic

The blend brings together two coffees we're proud of:

☕️ Our Peruvian Organic Arabica. Grown at altitude and full of the gentle chocolate and caramel sweetness Peru is loved for, this is the heart of the cup.

☕️ Our Swiss Water Process decaf. It's 100% chemical-free, decaffeinated using only water, temperature and time, so the coffee keeps its character without any solvents.

Together they make a smooth, balanced, completely organic coffee that tastes like a full-strength cup with half of the caffeination!
